"Established by Executive Order No. 75 dated February 4, 1977, the Office of Operations plans, coordinates and directs governmental operations, especially the deveopment of effective improvements to reduce operating expenses and enhance service quality. It provides leadership and guidance to the operations management and labor forces to ensure maximum productivity and attainment of revenue objectives.
