Scope and Contents: This subseries contains correspondence, memoranda, reports, proposals and printed material of the Deputy Director of the Mayor’s Office of Partnership Programs, George Archer. Archer assisted the director with projects, particularly those concerning advertising. The included correspondence is with businesses, organizations representing them, and members of the administration and agency heads. Subjects include the Gateway Project, pro-bono advertising and the Public Service Corps.
