Mayor Rudolph F. Giuliani videotapes, 1993 to 1994


Description

The accession consists of 3/4 inch (U-matic) videotapes, 20 minutes in length. They primarily focus on Mayor Giuliani and his activities, including press conferences and special events, though videotapes documenting summer of 1993 focus on Mayor Dinkins, Giuliani's predecessor. After Giuliani was elected mayor in November 1993, the main focus of the videotapes is Mayor-elect Giuliani. The tapes were generated by WNYC and the contents of each tape is dated and briefly described. The tapes are arranged in chronological order and there is an item-level inventory.
