Description

Accession consists of copies of memos, guest lists, receipts and other material that document the cost of both private and special receptions given by the Mayor at Gracie Mansion. Included is the Democratic National Convention (August 10 to August 14, 1980). Most of the accounts are connected with the Imprest Fund. A copy of the box and folder list has been placed in Box #1. Arranged chronologically.
