Memoranda on State legislation for 1974 to 1977

Description

The accession consists of copies of memorandums placed in bound volumes. The memorandums were created by the Mayor's Legislative Representative of the Albany Office to inform members of the Legislature of the City of New York's support or opposition to particular pending legislation. Each memorandum names the legislation in question, including numbers assigned it, summarizes its provisions, and states reasons for support or opposition. The memorandums, in support and opposition, are organized in a single sequence in each yearly volume, by the Senate Bill number assigned the legislation. This places the memorandums in approximate chronological order.
