Governor of New York releases concerning approvals and disapprovals of legislation for 1978 to 1979

Description

The accession consists of copies of memorandums placed in bound volumes by the Office of State Legislative Affairs for reference use. The memorandums were created by the Governor and his staff as part of the New York State Legislature's process and filed with pending legislation. They name the legislation in question, including numbers assigned it, noting justifications for approval or disapproval. They are arranged within yearly volumes in two sections, approvals, then disapprovals, and each section in turn is arranged in chronological order by date of the memorandum.
