The accession consists of press releases, with attachments such as, photographs and printed materials, arranged in chronological order. The releases contain policy statements or advance release of remarks by the Borough President's Office. There are some folders of printed material related to the work of the Press Office and the Borough President's activities, interfiled chronologically with the releases. Some indexes are placed in the beginning of monthly sequences of releases. There are many duplicate press releases.
