New York County Clerk appointments of Notary Publics ledger for 1885 to 1887
Description
The accession consists of handwritten records recorded in a single bound volume of blank forms. Each entry is on a full page and contains the notary's name, endorsement by the Secretary of State, the date of that endorsement, the signature of the notary, and the date the notary's term expires. The endorsement is countersigned and dated by the County Clerk. The entries are in roughly chronological order. The volume is disbound; the paper is in fair condition and it is stored in a slipcase.
