The accession consists of information recorded on 5x7 inch index cards. Entries on the cards include name, age, date of entry for referral, address, length of military service, type of discharge, reason for discharge, last employment before military service, rate of pay at last employment, notes as to disposition for referral, and final disposition of referral. The material was used by the Department of Personnel for World War Two veteran job referrals. Arranged chronologically.
