Kevin Nunn was second-in-command in the Bronx Borough President's Bureau of Planning and Development from September 1988 until the summer of 1994. Materials include correspondence and memoranda, speeches and testimony, data and statistics, reports, notes, agendas and meeting minutes, copies of submissions to city agencies, and press materials. The files also contain a small number of photographs and some drawings. The accession comprises subject files arranged alphabetically. Subjects addressed include housing and the homeless; development in the areas of Bronxchester, Hunts Point, and Yankee Stadium; environmental quality reviews for the borough and changes in city land use procedures.
