Description
Accession consists of documents related to the probating of wills. Some documents, especially the earlier ones, are completely handwritten, others, particularly in the later years, contain handwritten entries on preprinted legal forms. Among the documents included are Executor's Oath, Citation to Next of Kin to Appear before Surrogate Judge, Petition for Appointment of Appraisers, and Depositions of witnesses attesting to the validity of the will. Arranged chronologically.
