Description
Accession consists of legal documents pertaining to the final accountings by the executors of the disposition of the estate of deceased persons. Some of the documents are completely handwritten, others contain handwritten entries on preprinted legal forms. Among the types of documents included are Petition for an account, Citation to executor and Citation to creditors to appear before the Surrogate Judge, Accountings for property, dividends, and inventory.
