Accession consists of memos, Departmental reports and correspondence, and some press releases. Also included are Senate/Assembly bills, memos explaining the bill's purpose, a summary of provisions of the bill, report on State Legislature approving the bill, and an analysis of the bill with recommendations for approving or disapproving the bill. All this is contained in individual folders labeled with the individual Department's name that the bill pertains to (e.g. Criminal Justice, Finance, HHC, etc.). Arranged alphabetically.
