Kings County deeds and patents for 1645 to 1708
Description
There are patents for the original towns of Kings County and deeds for land from 1645-1708 (with gaps). The bulk of the material is original, including patents for Flatbush, New Utrecht, Gravesend and the purchase of Coney Island from the Indians. A number of the patents and a few deeds are copies of originals held in other repositories. There is no index. Item list attached.
