This accession consists of correspondence of James J. O'Brien, aide to the Mayor and Deputy Commissioner of the Department of Commerce and Public Events. Other material includes photographs requisitions, itineraries of heads of state, scheduling memoranda, and transportation requests. Materials are arranged alphabetically.
