Description
This accession is comprised of seven bound volumes of "Old Town" records. Volume 285 is titled "Criminal Docket, 1659 - 1688." Volume 286 is titled "Minutes, 1692 - 1696." Volume 287 is titled "Minutes of the Town Board, 1701 - 1712." Volume 288 is titled "Minutes of the Town Board, 1714 - 1753." Volume 289 is titled "Minutes of the Town Board, 1753 - 1850." Volume 346e (or 807) is titled "Account Book, Overseer of the Poor, 1829-1859." Volume 286a is titled "Leverick Family Record Book" and contains notes and readings of the Rev. William Leverick. It was added after the initial material was accessioned. Arrangement of materials is chronological.
