Description

This accession is comprised of eight 7.5 x 9.5 inch black and white photos of piers, passenger and freight terminals, and streets displaying railroad tracks and rolling stock. The photos have been mounted on 17.25 x 11.25 inch mounts, bearing the following identification: "To accompany report of/Committee of Engineers/on the elimination of/Surface Freight Railroad Tracks." The mounts are further identified as plate numbers three, four, five, and six. Materials are arranged numerically.
