This accession is comprised of a 16 x 7 inch volume detailing the fees of criers and bell ringers at various court sessions throughout the state of New York. The volume contains 170 numbered pages. On its flyleaf it bears a holographic inscription: "Accounts belonging to Bartholomew Skaatys crier to the Supreme Court in the City of New York made out and drawn off for him by William VanWoert, Nov. 13, 1809."
