This accession is constituted principally of resumes accompanied by personalized letters of recommendation by Paul O'Dwyer for individuals seeking positions with either the new Dinkins administration or nongovernmental organizations. Attached to the letters may be responses from the addressees or thank-you letters to O'Dwyer from the job-seekers themselves. Other diverse materials in the assortment include copies of memoranda from R. Sal Guarnieri, First Assistant to the Council President, to members of the Department of Finance concerning vendor ID codes and EINs (Tax ID numbers), a press release on property tax payments, a fax notice on Dinkins transition and three clips on Michael J.
