Mayor Koch proclamations for 1987 and 1989


Description

This accession consists of proclamations, correspondence, memoranda, and printed material arranged alphabetically by subject. Each proclamation issued includes correspondence and other material relating to the request, approval, and preparation. Proclamations were issued usually to commemorate a day or a week, honoring an individual, group or social/cultural interest, or event. Included also are requests for proclamations that did not receive a positive response and commemorative messages from the Mayor similar to the proclamations. See also accession 1993-042.
