Description
Robert Gerometta was appointed the agency's first Deputy Commissioner in 1977, having served previously as the Deputy Director of the Municipal Archives and Record Center. This accession consists of correspondence, memoranda, notes, reports, grants, procedures and rules, resumes, timesheets, and printed material. The records were used by the Deputy Commissioner for reference in support of the Commissioner in matters of policy and operations, including personnel. There are some records from Gerometta's previous position and other records of the Municipal Archives and Records Center prior to 1977. The records are arranged alphabetically in two chronological sequences, one prior to 1981 and one from 1981 to 1982. The records should be interfiled before processing.
