Gracie Mansion financial records and memoranda for 1980 to 1989
Description
This accession consists of photocopies of invoices, account statements, ledgers and other financial records including imprest funds, timesheets, logbooks, lists, memoranda and notes. The records document purchases from individual vendors for food, flowers and supplies and payments to temporary staff for events or receptions at Gracie Mansion and other locations, similar expenses for the mayor's household and related expenses for office personnel. Also included are guest lists, plans, menus and staff assignments. This material is related to accessions 1983-010, 1984-028 and 1993-026. Materials are arranged alphabetically.
