The accession comprises reports and other printed materials. They were issued by the Bureau of Planning and Development or collected by them. They concern a variety of matters in the Bronx and New York City (NYC) concerning development and the environment. The bulk of the accession consists of three large reports on NYC Sludge Management, NYC Solid Waste Management and the Pelham Bay Landfill. The first two reports are arranged by chronologically by section or sub-report. The last is arranged alphabetically by sub-report then chronologically.
