Land use applications in the Bronx for 1976 to 1983, 1988 to 1996
Description
This accession comprises land use application files. They were generated between the late 1980s and mid 1990s by the Bureau of Planning and Development. Similar files were transferred to them by the Bronx Borough President's Topographical Bureau that been generated in late 1970s and early 1980s. They include correspondence, notes, and applications, as well as numerous architectural drawings and maps. The files are of two types; administrative files used by the office to monitor and to further the application processes; and project files pertaining to a particular land use application or set of applications. Arranged alphabetically.
