The accession consists of correspondence, memoranda, notes, and printed material sent to Mayor Giuliani during the seventh year of his administration, 2000. The records contain both received and sent correspondence. The correspondence is with constituents, government officials and members of the business, institutional, and legal communities. The accession contains the seventh of eight years of general correspondence generated during the administration of Mayor Giuliani. There are three sequences to the records. The first is alphabetical by surname. The second is email correspondence arranged numerically, in approximate chronological order by date received. It is followed by email similar to "issue mail" that is arranged by subject. The third is anonymous correspondence that is in No apparent arrangement. order. The material was processed by the Winthrop Group who provided an inventory, a microfilm copy, and a CD-ROM copy of the records.
