Mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani autopen responses to correspondence for 1994 to 1999
Description
The accession includes correspondence and tracking sheets. The correspondence consists of form letter replies with the Mayor's machine signed signature (autopen). The replies include thank you notes, get well cards, and holiday cards. Some are congratulatory messages to organizations or to individuals for various achievements. Attached to most letters are tracking sheets indicating the subject of the correspondence and the name of the person who should reply. Infrequently, incoming correspondence is attached. The material is arranged chronologically by year and then in roughly two month intervals, with some being arranged further by subject. The Winthrop Group did not process the material or reformat it.
