Brooklyn zoning cases photographs circa 1989 to 1991
Description
The accession consists of Brooklyn zoning cases photographs, circa 1989-1991. The majority are black and white 5x7 inch prints, with a few 4x4 inch color Polaroid prints (diffusion transfer prints). Half of the photographs are identified on the versos and list the address, block and lot, and a number. The photographs were taken to document proposed changes or variation in zoning laws for buildings in Brooklyn. Some list the name of the construction company that presumably performed demolition or other work on the building if it was in violation of zoning. Multiple photographs of the same building are sometimes stapled together; otherwise the photographs are in good condition.
