Description
The accession consists of service orders issued by the Department of Health that pertain to guidelines, standards, and new procedures to be instituted by the Department of Health affecting a broad range of operations and policies. The service orders were generally issued at the bureau level by their respective directors or other department administrators that work under the commissioner. There are several orders to a folder with approximately two to five duplicates of each. They are arranged in numerical order, which is roughly chronological, and the orders are also dated.
