These records are the subject files of Joseph DeVincenzo, Special Assistant to the Mayor Edward I. Koch. They include materials relating to the Mayor's Talent Bank and DeVincenzo's oversight of financial and personnel related actions with other City agencies and Mayoral departments throughout Mayor Koch's three terms. Some of the records belong to Grace DeFries, Assistant for Organizational Analysis under DeVincenzo. Also included is DeVincenzo's subject correspondence with the Bureau of Administrative Services' Director of Fiscal and Operating Services, Peter Gilvarry.
