Description
The material consists of reports (printed and non-printed), clippings, correspondence, memoranda, directories, speeches, testimonies, and computer printouts. Between 1987 and 1998 Reichstein was an advisor to the Brooklyn Borough President on development and planning for government and government assisted projects. Material is also present from three previous positions held by Reichstein in planning and development including as Planner for the Department of City Planning in the Community Renewal Program doing urban renewal in conjunction with the Model Cities Program, 1964-1978; Office of Management and Budget reviewing development proposals, 1978-1980; and Director of Community Development for the Community Relations unit of the Department of General Services, 1980-1987. Reichstein may have retained these earlier materials for reference.
