This accession consists of correspondence, memorandums, and proposals The materials were submitted to the Board of Health, through the Secretary, for review and action at Board meetings.The date of the meeting was stamped on the submissions.These submissions, some with multiple items of documentation concerning a matter were on a wide variety of matters, including public complaints, but mostly intra-departmental concerns.These included disputes with Department contractors, disciplinary actions against employees and requests concerning private facilities regulated by the Department.The submissions are numbered consecutively, approximately following chronological order of when they were sent to the Secretary. The documents are tri-folded and need to be put in numerical order.
