Description

This accession consists of bound pre-printed volumes. They contain employee records from 1919-1926 with some records prior to circa 1895 entered retrospectively. The handwritten entries are on two pages. Page one contains the name, date and place of birth, whether naturalized or a veteran, address (sometimes in lieu of a home address, the workplace location is given), pension status, employee identification number, titles of positions and dates titles obtained, salaries, work locations at particular salary and title, and remarks. The second page contains absences with and without pay and any charges brought against the employee. Noted are deaths during service. The records are contained in 33 volumes and are arranged alphabetically.
