Description
This accession consists of high-level records dealing with important topics in health and mental health dating from 1959 to 2007. The papers consist of official memorandums, correspondence, reports, produced both internally and externally, plans, research files, proposals, guides, annual reports, studies commissioned by the agency, and other high-level official documents. The first five boxes of the accession are arranged chronologically. No apparent arrangement exists for the last six boxes. This collection was found in the Municipal Archives. Its provenance is unclear. The accession includes records created before the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene was established.
