"The Koch Book" mayoral transition document for 1978
Description
This accession consists of a binder titled, "The Koch Book," detailing, in memorandums, charts, graphs, reports, and narratives, the state of New York City and its agencies at the time of Koch's transition to mayor. The documents are authored by agency leaders and advisors to Mayor Koch. This book was found in the Municipal Archives collections at 31 Chambers Street and apparently was not accessioned. The document remains in its original housing because it was deemed to have artifactual value.
