Accession consists of letters sent, most signed by James T. Ellett, Secretary of the Commission, and some notarized materials, much of which is concerned with warrants sent to the Chamberlain to be drawn against various accounts. This commission was appointed by the Governor of New York to establish Silver Lake Park and had no jurisdiction over any other parks on Staten Island. Arranged chronologically.
