Abstract

This series contains the Office of Counsel's files on major issues. They provide insight into critical policy and administrative problems that had a significant legal dimension.

Arrangement

The series is divided into 22 subseries, based primarily on the major issues of concern to the Counsel, some of which are quite extensive. Additional subseries, based on organizational or operational categories, are those relating to “pending litigation,” selection and removal of chancellors, and administrative and miscellaneous.”
