Records of Ronald Edmonds, an assistant to Chancellor Macchiarola. Edmonds general area of responsibility was the instructional program, including efforts to evaluate student achievement and to develop strategies for improvement. He played a significant role in the Board of Education’s interaction with the State Education Department regarding state efforts to define and implement mandatory achievement levels.
