Scope and Contents
The bulk of this consists of "comments" addressed to the Mayor on the subject of bills in the process of coming before the New York State Legislature. These comments would come from the Mayor's Legislative Representative in Albany, and also from various city departments concerned with provisions of the bills. The comments have been filed with copies of the proposed bills and are filed in numerical sequence according to the New York State Assembly or Senate Introduction Number. Some miscellaneous lists and other data is also included.
