This subseries contains records of the mayor and other members of the administration that were used to research issues within the office’s area of responsibility regarding policy and the documentation of operations. Material types include correspondence, memoranda, notes, reports, printed material and press releases. There is some material in the 1990 files from the Koch Administration apparently used for reference purposes.
